I've spent more than 20 years leading teams and managing operations, primarily in restaurants and hospitality. I've built teams, managed multimillion-dollar businesses, opened locations, developed leaders, and worked through the day-to-day problems that come with running an operation.
NDR Consulting is my practice. When you hire NDR, you work directly with me. I bring an operator's perspective to the work: understand what's actually happening, identify what needs to change, build a practical solution, and help put it into action.
My background also includes a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, which shaped how I approach hiring, training, workforce planning, and leadership development.
How I work
